SRLM has supported us with setting up an Industrial Tailoring unit in Guna for 17 women and at present they are stitching government school uniforms during season. Bag making, jacket (Modi style) making, Carry bags making, etc are designed and marketed according to the need of the time.Skill development courses for drop out youth are conducted in Slum areas of Rehli, Banda, Mohanpur, Gidwani, Saanchi, Saderi, Pagara, Sironj, Khaderakhurdh and Slum areas of Guna. In these areas we have trained around 460 women.

Vocational skill development trainings: In collaboration with Don Bosco Tech, New Delhi we have 2 Skill Development Centers at Makronia and Shahgarh. Various courses of ISMO, Automobiles, Computer, electronics, beautician, Tailoring etc are enlightening the future of the drop out and unemployed youths. The batches are at full swing with 25-30 numbers of students per batch. There was also EDP training sessions, industry visit, job placement, exposure etc conducted time to time. This year around 502 students have passed out and 243 of them were placed in companies and more than 233 self employed in this reporting year.

Don Bosco Skill development center of MVSS has been shifted to Shahgarh center with 3 trades namely ISMO, Computer and electrical.

Vocational training: With the help of FVTRS we were able to conduct the Vocational training project at Guna and Ashoknagar . We have provided trainings of Bag Making, Garment making, Nursing, agro based production and motor winding, to 323 women and 175 men at village itself. With the help of these trainings 186 trainees are now employed on an average earning above Rs 5000-7000.
